I'm a happy, friendly, woman that needs more female friends. Most of mine are married into the military, and have moved elsewhere in the world. I'm kind of shy until you get to know me, then I blossom out. I have a slightly demented sense of humor. (when you work the memory care unit in a nursing home certain things just have to be funny!)
Music: I love all kinds of music. My choice of music changes with my mood... I guess I'm kind of a chamelion that way.
TV: I don't get a chance to watch alot of tv, but I like the Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds, and Without a Trace.
Books: My favorite books are the Wheel of Time Series, by the late Robert Jordan. I think Brandon Sanderson (who has taken over the series) has added new life to a great authors dream.
Sports: Not so into sports unless I'm playing... but I do watch football with my husband and the Raiders are my favorite team. Sorry Seahawks, you may be the home team, but you fall in 2nd.
Interests: I like camping, hiking, swimming, gardening, music, I sing alot when I'm happy... would LOVE to try snowboarding... there's so much I like to do that this little window would be a book if I actually listed it all.
Movies: My favorite movies are Dazed and Confused, The Notebook, Lilo and Stitch, and Hatchet. I LOVE comedy and horror ( nothing better than getting scared with someone you can hold on to!) and if it can be blended it's even better!
BestFeatures: You tell me... I really don't check myself out that much. lol
Dreams: I want to travel around the world... maybe back pack thru Europe... I would love to be a forensic scientist when I grow up, or maybe just win the lotto and do whatever the heck I felt like doing for the rest of my life!
